The mission is to "arm" transportation businesses with a solid understanding of the federal drug and alcohol testing requirements & employer responsibilities. This knowledge will enable the client to confidently participate in the federal audit process. We will conduct a comprehensive review and offer direction compliant with federal regulations to prepare the client in the event of an Audit. We will help the client understand their responsibilities, the requirements of their employees under the regulations, and annual testing requirements.
Part 382.603 Training for Supervisors (FMCSA)
This training session is for any Supervisor, Manager or Lead who directly supervises the daily work of "safety sensitive" workers. Traditionally, a "safety sensitive" worker would possess a Commercial Driver License or CDL. However, this may also include safety sensitive workers who are under a municipal or government contract without holding a CDL.
We have also designed a non-federal or "Drug Free Workplace" Training module. Nearly one third of all workers in the US are either under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, or know someone who is. Contact our office to schedule your on-site training.
Maximum Capacity: 25
There are very specific Employer Responsibilities when required to comply with a federal drug and alcohol testing program. We will review your program, random selection percentage, test results and ensure you are compliant with document retention requirements.
We can also review your compliance within the Clearinghouse, which became mandatory by the Federal D.O.T. January 6, 2020. Any employee who holds a valid CDL are also required to participate in the Clearinghouse. We will provide you with the list of required actions when an applicant has been selected for an offer of employment.
In many family court cases, drug testing may be ordered by the Judge, requested by counsel or the Guardian ad Litem (an advocate appointed by the court to represent a child's best interest in legal proceedings). When questions are raised regarding the validity of drug testing, we can be called to explain the testing process and validate those results, keeping in mind, there is no such thing as a "false positive".
We will vet and connect you with a reputable specimen collection site. The vetting process will ensure collection procedures are strictly followed when obtaining a sample for testing. Stoudt Enterprises can provide an "expert witness" with nearly 20 years of drug and alcohol testing experience, for a fee, to confirm procedure was followed and thoroughly explain drug / alcohol results to the court.
